Choosing to Fuel
Think about logging the food you eat. Eating healthier meals with adequate exercise is the key to longevity. We highly recommend using the app MyFitnessPal to log the foods you eat. We believe the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to simply keep track of the foods you eat
Choosing to Rest
Research suggests we should get plenty of rest. Especially after a good exercise. It is crucial to our emotional, physical and overall health. The key is to get adequate sleep – at least 8 hours per night aiming for a consistent bedtime and to develop a routine of taking time off between workouts. Our recommendation for long runs is to take at least one day off for every mile ran.
